Utilities, wireless internet, maid service and 24 hour English management are included. The living is fully furnished and the kitchen fully equiped. You can move in to the place as soon as possible. gym, pool and linnen service are included.
The minimum stay will be two months after that we can discuss extra stay with the landlord. Big benefit with htis is that the 6 month minimum rule doesnt apply here. So one extra month or week or even day is possible.
The building is brand new and close to the Shuangjing subway station, between the 2nd and 3th ring road.
