The apartment is in Ocean Express 远洋新干线 by Sanyuandongqiao/Xiaoyunlu. Closest subway is Sanyuanqiao (10 minutes). It's also really close to the US embassy and Lufthansa/Liangmaqiao (where I work).
The place is fully and comfortably furnished and is all set up: wireless internet, LCD TV, washer, bathtub - the works. There's also a gym in the complex which is a big plus (membership not included).
Rent is 3000/month and we'll share the utilities.
If you're looking to live comfortably with other people and don't want the hassle of setting up, this setup is perfect for you.
