We have lots of items for sale and most of them are close to new and great quality (not the cheap stuff you get from these chinese markets) . For eg. kitchen supplies since many of our tenants did not really use the kitchen. The quality to bedding sets and towels are similar to some hotels out there. (These items have always been properly sanitized for each guest so you don't have to worry about the cleanliness of these items.)
